While Fingershield is a family-owned business, such is our level of awareness of the value of everyone involved in Fingershield, we tend to view the ‘family’ as including and extending to every member of staff. For this reason, we were especially pleased to be awarded Investors in People (IIP).
We like to view ourselves as a ‘socially responsible’ organisation, who offer socially responsible products in an extremely ethical and transparent manner.
Our core product, the Fingershield anti-finger-trapping device, has now been in existence for almost 6 years. During that time, it has been installed in approximately 8,000 schools and nurseries in the UK, the USA and Ireland, as well as in many thousands of ‘non-educational’ establishments. Fingershield’s main claim to fame is the extraordinary durability of the Fingershield product, together with its simplicity in both design and installation.
Fingershield is passionate in its approach to Customer Satisfaction and, to date, our record of satisfied customers is almost 100%. Moreover, our unique Zero Deposit Scheme has proved to be invaluable to schools with over-stretched budgets.
Another statistic we are very proud of, is that well over 50% of all Fingershield orders are as a direct result of a ‘referral’. Our track record in the UK is already starting to pay dividends the USA and Ireland and hopefully, in the not too distant future, in Europe, Australia and throughout he world.
